In each of my works, I write a message with my style of Arabic calligraphy. I make sure that these messages are appropriate for the place, while remaining universal, so that everyone is concerned. Bringing people and future generations together, through Arabic calligraphy: this is my specialty. Writing messages is the essence of my work as an artist.
It’s fun because even those whose first language is Arabic really have to focus on deciphering what I write. No need to understand the meaning to appreciate the work. I think the Arabic writing touches your soul before reaching your eyes. It has a beauty that doesn’t have to be translated. Arabic writing speaks to everyone, I think.
