Diary From Quarantine is a series inspired by spending time at home during course of the COVID-19 pandemic. Staying at home brought questions, creative challenges, even self-doubt, overthinking, fear, and readjusting. Determined to make the best of the situation, I focused on making a new series of self-portraits. Combining my two passions—yoga and photography—I wanted to present what was I doing at home to keep my sanity. Showing common actions in a witty way, I try to connect with the viewer through humour. We can all relate to the tough time that the coronavirus has brought us, but this series shows that it is not necessary to look at it from a negative perspective.
